Robin Deen Carnes has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and
has loved to boogie all 43 years of her life. Underlying all of her work in

from their bodies, and to recover the innate delight of dancing with conscious
abandon. An advanced certified YogaRhythmics®/Kripalu DansKinetics®

movement sessions with individual clients, and designs and facilitates workshops

Spirituality Groups (Harper San Francisco, 1998) and has co-organized and

Tiffany Montavon began her career in movement as a swan

what's tight or loose? What am I holding onto, releasing, or currently

body informs my way of be being in the world." Tiffany's experiences with social
dance, international folk dance, modern dance classes, cathartic movement
workshops, and yoga have all led to the belief that dance is indeed a healing
